HCEMM-BRC Systems Immunology Research Group

Collaborations

  • Csaba Pál – The interest of Csaba Pál Laboratory has been is antibiotic resistance, genome evolution and metabolic networks. They have recently been also focusing on cancer research. We are working together with them on the project examining the immune recognition of cancer.
  • Attila Gácser – The Gácser Lab is focusing on Candida infections and aims to reveal the most important host- and pathogen-associated factors associated with infections. We are working together on the development of effective vaccines against Candida species.
  • Bálint Kintses – The Bálint Kintses Laboratory has been focusing on antibiotic resistance and especially on phages. We are examining together the effect of adaptive immune recognition on the prevalence of phages in the gut.
  • Gábor Szebeni – Gábor Szebeni is a senior scientist in the Laboratory of Functional Genomics at the BRC and is an expert in immunological assays. We work together on our cancer research and blindspot projects.
