Gene cloning and silencing: Ligase and SLiCE based cloning method, SiRNA, VIGS/MIGS System, and Antisense Oligo gene silencing.
Analysis of diversity in yield components: Seed size and weight, genome‐ wide association study (GWAS) and Quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping, Gene Expression analysis, and pollen biology.
