Overview

The HCEMM Spring School provides an integrated approach combining laboratory techniques and computational methods. Participants will explore molecular biology techniques such as 2D bacteria and human cell infection experiments, employing various immunostaining methods. These experiments are complemented by training in advanced image analysis using AI tools. The program also includes bioinformatic analysis of human and bacterial genomes, aiming to uncover the links between bacterial infections and cancer development.
