In July, the HCEMM offered its researchers the opportunity to register for the ESIB (European Summit of Industrial Biotechnology), which will take place from November 12th to 14th, 2024, in Graz. This event precedes the 4th HCEMM PhD-Postdoc Symposium. Please indicate if you have registered for it.

To recognize the high quality of PhD student research, HCEMM awards and recognizes two outstanding students who give the best overall poster presentation and the best conference talk during the Symposium. The conditions to enter the competition will be posted on the website soon.

You can change the title later, but please specify the topic for a logical thematic schedule of the conference.

A limited number of rooms are available at the conference venue, so please indicate if you are willing to share a room with others when requesting accommodation. The name of the roommate can also be provided. PhD students are kindly requested to choose the double room arrangement in the first place.

Depending on the number of applicants, we can provide direct access to the site. Choose the one that suits you best!

As a participant of the 4th HCEMM-PhD-Postdoc Symposium held on 14-15 November 2024 at Greenfield Hotel Golf & Spa, Bükfürdő, I hereby give my consent to the Hungarian Centre of Excellence for Molecular Medicine, its sites, representatives, employees, licensees and assigns (collectively, “HCEMM”) to photograph or videotape me, my presentations, or any other work to be presented at the event (“Presentation”) by any means and in any media in connection with the event (“Digital Footage”). The Digital Footage will be used in accordance with this Consent form and only for the purposes I agree on below. I consent to the use of my likeness in the Digital Footage in any and all media for the purposes I agree on below.

I retain all copyrights I may have in the Presentation and I will be credited by HCEMM as the author of the Presentation. I hereby grant HCEMM the worldwide, royalty- free right to store, edit, publish, distribute, copy, use and make the Digital Footage available in any form and media now existing or subsequently developed for the following non-commercial purposes:

(1.) HCEMM media channels include, but not limited to social media, online video platforms, HCEMM website/ blog, and in emails for the purpose of promotion of the event and/ or education of the general public about related topics.

(2.) This includes all the purposes above.

I hereby freely consent to the processing of my personal data by HCEMM. I am aware that I do not need to give my consent to the processing of data, however in doing so I am enabling the scientific and non-scientific community to be informed about my scientific work presented at this event. I was provided with information for data subjects on processing my personal data, also made available online. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data and in that case my data will be deleted unless already made publicly available. In this case HCEMM will take all reasonable steps to delete my data and it is possible that my data might not be deleted completely. I am aware that my personal data may be shared with public and various service providers, most of them managing social media tools.
