We kindly ask you to select your preferred lunch menu for the course. Please choose from one of the options below:

Menu A (lactose and gluten free)

  • Poultry stew with tarragon
  • Grilled chicken breast with Dijon mustard and honey, parsley and hazelnut potatoes

Menu B (lactose-free)

  • Poultry stew with tarragon
  • Spicy tomato gnocchi with arugula

Menu C (vegan)

  • Pea cream soup with mint
  • Chickpea curry with coriander, pickled tofu
