We kindly ask you to select your preferred lunch menu for the course. Please choose from one of the options below:
Menu A (lactose and gluten free)
- Poultry stew with tarragon
- Grilled chicken breast with Dijon mustard and honey, parsley and hazelnut potatoes
Menu B (lactose-free)
- Poultry stew with tarragon
- Spicy tomato gnocchi with arugula
Menu C (vegan)
- Pea cream soup with mint
- Chickpea curry with coriander, pickled tofu
