Research Technician position is available to work in the HCEMM-SU Extracellular Vesicles Research Group
in Semmelweis University
We are searching for a highly motivated technician to support research in extracellular vesicles and gene therapy.
The ideal candidate will independently perform a variety of advanced techniques while interacting with other investigators. These include mammalian cell culturing, extracellular vesicle and viral vector isolation in addition to latest molecular biology techniques.
Finally, the right candidate will be assisting with basic lab organization and maintenance as well as reagents ordering.
We offer a competitive salary depending on the candidates experience in the range of gross 350000 ft per month.
- At least 2 years of laboratory experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of molecular biology techniques is required including restriction enzyme, gibson and golden gate cloning.
- Knowledge of CRISPR/Cas9, viral vectors, and mammalian cell culturing is desirable.
